In my practice I use only surgical grade tools. All instruments are sterilized to point of use according to the Public Health Ontario Standard.
I follow the National Competencies for Advanced Nursing Foot Care in Canada; Canadian Association of Foot Care Nurses; Ontario Podortho Nurse Association.
My goal is the promotion of mobility, comfort and independence. I also strive to prevent the possible complications that can result from foot and toe deformities, diabetes, and toenail issues.
